I popped into Cottage Flowers on the way to my elopement wedding hoping they would be able to help me with my artificial bouquet I had bought online from another business and they could not have been a bigger help! My bouquet went from looking like it had been thrown together with some tape into an absolutely beautiful bouquet, Angie even made a beautiful ribbon handle! They saved the day and I was so happy I managed to have such a beautifully crafted bouquet on my wedding day!

PLS READ BEFORE USING THIS FLORIST:
I placed an order for a traditional xmas basket, ordered in good time and with a screenshot of the kind of thing I was after, offered to pay more for something a bit special and twice requested an image be emailed prior to delivery.
Come the morning of delivery, yesterday, midday and no image, and no call or message from recipient. Had to pop out for half hour, got back to somewhat rude voicemail stating I must have given them the wrong address and if I didn't phone them back they wouldn't deliver. Transpires that as my friend has a driveway from the pavement to the house, nothing unusual, with no house name on the kerbside wall this confused them. A quick look at google maps would have made it clear, but no, her fault for not having her house name on the outer wall.
I have a very, very strong suspicion this morning that her flowers were not delivered with friendly xmas cheer.
The basket itself I was never mailed an image, it would have taken seconds to take even if emailed later, but no. My friend sent over an image, not that I asked it of her, and I was embarrassed, it was so very cheap looking. I've attached images of what I asked for and what was sent.
This is the first time I have ever had a problem with a florist, she has ruined my Christmas, I am embarrassed by the incredibly cheap looking arrangement sent, and I just hope that the delivery was made with better grace than I suspect it was.

Cottage Flowers produced absolutely beautiful flowers, bouquets and buttonholes etc for my daughter's wedding. Angie totally understood what my daughter wanted and was very accommodating. She was incredibly kind and even helped the cake maker with extra bits of greenery for decorating the cake. Everything looked absolutely beautiful. Thanks, Angie!
