Friendly staff, but it is not a very eco friendly store. Whilst it was freezing outside, all of the store’s multiple doors were pegged open, letting the heat out. When we’re in a climate crisis, it’s disappointing that a store is wasting energy. The store and brand encourage us to explore the outdoors, it would be nice if this store cared more about its impact on the environment.

Had such a positive shopping experience today in the Ilkley store and wanted to give you this feedback. I was greeted on entry by a young chap . ( I later asked for his name which is Blake).
