Visited here yesterday, great choice of clothing with excellent discounts and lovely friendly staff. Very dog friendly store worth a visit if you are shopping in dalton park.

A great store. We had an issue with an online order and Toby the manager could not of helped more. He was very kind and helpful. We got amazing deals and great service. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed in the service. I placed an order, was told that they would ring once order was delivered but didn't ever get a call. Called in person twice to check on order; the final time I was told half the order was in which they collected off the shop floor and was told i probably wouldn't ever get the order due to it being autumn stock. Really disappointed with lack of knowledge and communication.

Super service from Dean and his assistant when I bought new trainers.
However, receipt was not emailed to me as promised. Not sure what happens if I have an issue during the 2 year warranty.

Went in to have a nosy at the coats as winters coming and my trusty 15yr old coat has seen better days - manager Dean (hi Dean) was lovely so helpful had a good old natter whilst helping with the jackets - managed to find a lovely coat in the sale was slightly cheaper online and Dean matched it! Can't fault the service will definitely go back when I need my next coat - or decide to be more outdoorsy

I never received my receipt for hiking boots i purchased months ago, and i spoke to Dean from the Dalton Prk store & he went the extra mile to ensure I received my receipt!
