What Three Words: awful.avoid.miss

Awful, and should not even deserve one star. Must avoid even if it's cheaper than other places.
Bought an item from them via eBay, but no updates on progress. Messaged and called them numerous times, but no response. How could they run like this as a business?

After I ordered AS50 from their but after 72hour I had to chase up about my order than they telling me that my order has been cancelled. No communication from the seller. I asked again why than they told their was price error. They took my money but didn't deliver it. Really poor communication. Please be careful when you make any purchase from their website.

Scammer! Sent 2x badminton rackets for handle repair and have not heard back from them, its been over 2 months! Avoid at all costs on their website and ebay shop.

I visited CrampSports after an awful ordeal with Decathlon Stockport, whereby they ruined my racket (tennis) attempting to re-string it. Speaking to the staff at CrampSports, they understood my situation and were able to match me to a new racket almost identical to my previous one!

I am so grateful and cannot recommend this company enough for future tennis (or racket sport) enthusiasts!

On the 04th of March 2018 i ordered tennis strings from this website.10 March 2018 called to customer service, then tried number provided under their “Contact us” section and gentlement gave me another number to call on. Called, left a voicemail and emailed sales department. 16 March 2018 got a text message “sorry for the delay strings on the way to you” and since then no strings, no emails. Looks very suspicious to say the least. Luckily my credit card payment didn't get throught.
