This is a great company to deal with. They communicate very well. They do what they say they are going to do and do it very well. The owner and his team are excellent and very customer focusedt. The fitter was superb, very customer orientated, taking pride in what he was doing and communicating at the appropriate critical times with clarity, being crystal clear. I would use this company again no question and highly recommend them. In these times were obtaining quality in product and service is a real challenge, Crown Carpets focus, discipline, customer service, quality and above all reliability is a breathe of fresh air. A+++

I highly recommend Crown carpets; the process from start to finish was seamless and very professional. From the free measuring service, through to advice on suitable carpets which were tailored to meet my budget to the fitting of my new flooring. All done with a smile and courtesy, the fitters even adjusted the length of my door to ensure it fitted properly over the thicker pile. Very impressed with the excellent service, thank you Crown carpets!

Lovely team at Crown Carpets. Very helpful and they know their stuff. We had some tricky bendy stairs and a stripey carpet. The direction of the stripes needed careful planning. We also needed wiping done - again this was thought throught with great care. Great communication and flexibility. Would highly recommend. Fitting done by super experienced fitter who wanted it to look amazing and it certainly did!

I recently had some new carpets fitted and the very old ones removed by Crown Carpets.
