I purchased a watch from your shop in Southampton Shirley High Street 9th January for £60, l took it back to the shop on 18th January for a refund as I wasn't happy with it. Was told by the manager that I can't get a refund due to it was sold to me in good faith. With that I told I wasn't happy with it and am returning it for a full refund. You still have a 14 day return service don't you? I look forward to hearing back from you about my case asap!

Disgusting attitude from the lady on the till, and the bald/shaved headed guy towards a little old lady in there who got a little confused (by there signs that weren't explained very well) regarding 10 CDs for a £1 offer. The man kept walking past this lady who was probably nearing 80, making comments basically calling her stupid. The attitude on it was atrocious....as was the lady on the till. I wonder if being rude was essential criteria on the job description 🤔 vile!
