I visited Curves and Couture and was so nervous before my appointment. Being a bigger girl, my normal shopping experience is find something that fits and if it’s not awful, we’ll get it and I didn’t want that for my wedding dress.

The ladies were SO amazing and made me feel so comfortable & confident in the dresses. My experience meant that there were several dresses that I felt great in and had so many choices of styles. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to reassure me and lead to the best experience … I got my dress!!

I have also had some questions since I got home and they have continued to be wonderful and helpful. Will forever be grateful for how special this day was 🙂 thank you xx

I came to the store as a nervous 53 year old curvy women. I'd had a couple of appointments elsewhere and was starting to think I'd never find "my dress". Jo and the team listened to my hopes and fears and pulled out a handful of dresses. As soon as I saw mine, I knew. The whole experience was so positive and uplifting.
Our wedding day was a couple of weeks ago, and I had so many compliments. We couldn't have chosen a dress that was more perfect for me and the venue. If you are thinking of booking an appointment, do it - you won't be disappointed.

Where do I start?! I just wish that I could have my experience with Curves and Couture Bridal Boutique and finding a dress, over and over again! ❤️ I’m a size 24 and there was plenty for me to try on, the staff were friendly and down to earth and very helpful with their advice. I tried on 8 dresses and narrowed it down to 3. Then choose the 1. I had a Sonsie gown and it was everything I’d ever wanted and more. I am so grateful that this boutique exists and is helping us plus size beauts to get the full experience we deserve! I’ll never forget it ❤️👰🏻‍♀️

Fantastic experience here today. Felt really well looked after by Jo, Cleo and Jackie. They helped my stepdaughter find the perfect dress and made the appointment feel really special. It was easy to book the appointment, great to have sole use of the boutique for 90 minutes and the ladies were all excellent.

I was nervous about getting my dress, being a larger lady but Curves & Couture made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Their knowledge of everything bridal is amazing. What style would suit my shape and whether to go for the colour I had already fallen for from the website. I had a fantastic day and the service received was second to none. My husband sadly passed away but I have a new partner now who has asked me to marry him so I will definitely be booking another appointment. Love, Love, Love this place. ❤️

My first experience of wedding dress shopping and it was brilliant.

Emma who I emailed with and spoke to, to get booked in, was warm, friendly and really swift to reply.

Jo, Cleo and Jackie (who were there on the day of my visit) were knowledgeable, kind, honest and sincere.

I barely gave them any direction of what I wanted (as I had no idea) but the first dress Jo pulled was a hit. She knew exactly what would suit my body (I've got Lipoedema and so am disproportionate!) and when I ask if I could try on something with a bit more detail she nailed it.

The 2nd dress is my wedding dress!

They just knew what would work and I loved it.

They didn't rush me, I didn't feel any pressure to buy, and I know if I'd tried on something that didn't suit they would have told me.

They are not about the sale. They are about helping you find your special dress.

I can not recommend them enough.

Also the shop is lovley, very relaxed and private. I felt beautiful and cared for.
