Absolutely horrendous company.
Having used them in the past and having no issues, this time was the complete opposite, no communication at all unlike previous times we’ve ordered.
Had to wait nearly 2.5 months for our order for it to come poor quality and not what we ordered, the uniform is of no use for us.
Prior to this our order never came when it originally stated and we had to get in touch with them for an update to be told it would be another week until it was shipped out.
The staff are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard and aren’t willing to rectify our WRONG order, after spending hundreds of pounds with them.
They can only offer us a discount on our next order, which we’ll never be doing.
Will certainly never use this company again, one bit of advice for other buyers - go elsewhere.

Won’t be using again. Over a month and still waiting for delivery despite it saying order completed on my account a couple days after initial order. Enquired and told would be with me early this week and still not here.
Had an issue before but let it go. Communication is really poor

Having used the company for some work wear which was excellent quality, and delivered fast. This occasion was the complete opposite, delivery took nearly 3 months - after chasing numerous times with false promises.

When finally it appeared items were missing and also the quality was way below par.

Made a huge mistake ordering from customise it now!

The initial discussion and quote with Justin on 7th August was perfect, I went ahead and placed an order for multiple items. I was advised the dispatch time was around 5 weeks, a little longer than expected but the company seemed very professional and offered a great price.

Fast forward a few weeks I receive an email from Emma telling me there was a delay. At this point I asked for a full refund as my company had an event to attend for which we needed uniform. I was then advised by Emma that my order would be rushed through and I would receive it for my event. Luckily after much chasing I received my order the day before my event 7 weeks after the initial order.

Upon unboxing all my long awaited uniform, I noticed that my company telephone number had been embroidered incorrectly! On all of the items!

My team had to arrive to the event with misprinted uniform.

I was told I would have the full order redone and with me within a week. I chased this after 6 days to be told I would be updated the day after.. shock horror no update!

I rang Justin again today, to be told I would be called back, he didn’t call back so I chased again, to then be told there is a delay!

Save yourself the hassle I had, go elsewhere!

We originally asked for some clothing for our company Zeroslip UK Ltd. We decided at the last minute to go through a brand refresh which included a new corporate logo. We asked Customise it now if they could change the logo and they came up trumps! We will continue to order our corporate clothing from them as the level of customer service is brilliant.
