Needed a battery for my RAV4. Item in stock and extremely precise and efficient process of turning up and installation in literally minutes . I was very impressed with the engineers knowledge of how to move some of my engine bays components, and put back accurately .When I researched Toyota for a price. I reverted to buying a battery online to install myself . The price installed with DSR was the same. Literally half the price of Toyotas quote .

UPDATED : Dec 2024 : I had a flat car battery again, (different vehicle) and called in to get it checked assuming I needed a new battery. They popped the bonnet up, checked the battery with a proper tester, and found it was all fine and did not need replacement. They sent me off, reassured, but with no sale for them. Speedy assessment. 3 minutes maximum...
I cannot recommend enough; they could have sold me a battery & I would have been happy. But they didn't.... I think that is honesty & scruples & 'doing the right thing'. That matters a lot and isn't something universal.
When I need something, I will be really happy to call in and gladly buy it here. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Old battery out, new one in, contactless payment and off in about 5 minutes without stopping the car engine.

If I could give six stars I absolutely would. Not only were they there in my desperate time of need. They could fit me a new battery within less than 30 minutes but they were over half the price of what the AA quoted. Both of the men were extremely friendly and trustworthy. It’s a shame I live over 400 miles away because this would be my usual shop for all things batteries and electronics.
