After suffering two front wheel punctures on the M1 which was very un nerving to say the least especially with having my 92 year old father in law in the back of the car with us.The AA contacted DBI on my behalf, two very friendly and polite engineers attended and got us back on the road within a few hours. There was some confusion regarding the invoice however after speaking to Divine the issue was resolved within a couple of hours in a way which I think was fair to both parties, he is an absolute gentleman. If you are booking for work / through your company and you require a receipt for expenses do not even bother. I was guaranteed a receipt via Email from Divine when booking and another worker on collection of the wheel. 6 days later & 10 Calls to the garage with a promise of a receipt every time; nothing but "I've sent it, check your Junk". Asked to be sent a photo of the receipt via Whatsapp etc. was told "okay"..shock... still nothing. Left me with a £144 gap in my expense receipts.

Paid nearly £500 for 2 new front tyres for my partner's car... only to have to replace both of them within 3 months. It took over 3 hours to source and fit the tyres, despite only being 5 miles away. Next time will wait for the AA.

Amazing service! Got a puncture, called them at 10pm and asked if they can replace my tyre at 6am! No problem, and they had stock of the tyre I needed too.
Very pleased with the service from the guy that came to do the job as well.
