Surely reviewing directly with your company at time of delivery would be more efficient (and probably cheaper ) 🤔🥰

Terrible attitude from forklift driver kept me waiting deliberately 25 minutes then because I asked how long before I could be loaded he loaded 3 other vehicles that arrived after me then when he did start to load me and I was trying to put my straps in place he deliberately put a pallet down on an internal strap breaking it and made it clear he didn't care even tried to load unevenly putting 2.5 ton on one side. Once loaded then harassed me to leave and told me to strap up out on the road which you can't do as security will ticket you for parking on the road informed the office they didn't care either. Absolutely terrible attitude for a company

Nice company to go and collect some deliveries should you need to. They tend to call you the day before to say the delivery has arrived and to select a day.

Quick load - forklift drivers helpfull. Entry barrier closes without warning , hgv in front of me , bent the end of the barrier , when it was open and upright , as it was leaning over.

Friendly staff but 8h to unload container ( no pallets) at the last row of unloading they stopped for a coffee break. very lazy
