Mother of the bride outfit.
I arrived to a very happy shop with lovely staff who oozed professionalism. I saw a dress in the window and once I tried it on, knew it was for me. However, tried on a few outfits just to see if anything else would be for me and loved Deborah's knowledge on fashion, style and suitability for me. I would recommend Glad Rags because my dress was couture - at no extra cost - would I return to purchase a dress again? Definitely, 100 % and would advise everyone to visit Glad Rags. You feel very special, its a wonderful experience.

Thank you, to Deborah and Sharon, who helped me pick out a beautiful dress for a wedding next year. They really helped me find the right dress for the occasion and gave me two excellent choices. I ended up buying a hat and accessories too. It is a beautiful shop with plenty of choice and fabulous outfits. Both Deborah and Sharon are very helpful and honest with their opinions. They let me try on many outfits until I was happy with my choice. If you’re looking for that special outfit this is the place to go.

My mother is a very indecisive and very uncomfortable person when it comes to choosing an outfit. She was talked into by buying a half WHITE dress for a wedding we’re attending. Half white and silver. I think it’s appalling that you have pushed a dress that any decent occasion sales woman would know is unacceptable to wear to a wedding. They was quick to tell my mother she needed it taken in and I’ve only just seen the dress and can’t actually believe that she’s been advised to take this. I instantly told her she can’t ware it to my friends or mine and called the shop to ask to return it. The sales woman told us they won’t accept it back as they altered it for her. I’ve told them I think that it is appalling that they have talked her into the sale of that dress the woman tried to argue down the phone but I hung up on her. Extortionate price tags for a dress that won’t ever be worn. Unbelievable. Dont let your mothers come in alone girls seriously.

Massive Thank you to all the Gladrags team for helping me chose my MOB outfit which went down extremely well with everyone including the bride and groom! They were all extremely honest and helped me find an outfit that suited me best and worked well with my build and shape, and that I felt comfortable in. Nohting was too much trouble and were happy for me to try on as many styles that I wanted. Thank you all again in particular Sharon who really went beyond to help me get the right outfit, she even took a call from me whist out shopping in London for shoes, she was happy for me to send over a photo and she gave me her honest opinion and she was absolutely correct!

Bought a lovely dress shoes and fascinator for my nieces wedding here.

Great service and amazing selection of outfits and accessories.

However, hem on dress wasnt right from the first time it was tried but was told as soon as i had the right underwear on it would be fine ..that was not the case.

I telephoned shop and the dress was changed hem perfect but had to be altered at top as shoulders too big.

Changed without a fuss but in my mind it was a faulty hem on dress but it was replaced and i was relieved.

On leaving shop was presented with a bill for alterations, was so pleased as wedding is 4 days away on getting outfit back, but on reflection dont think I should have been charged.
