I had a great experience with Sueli, yesterday at Decathlon! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products of skeing and backpacks for my trip and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Sueli also helped me set up my Decathlon account, making the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend her assistance!

Went in to pick up a click and collect item, but then purchased another item. Once items placed into the till (scanned), the shop assistant was looking at me whilst I opened the app to scan my loyalty card. He approached and tried to help. All felt a bit too quick and somewhat too much. Some people will need help but give people a second!

Thank you Hannah, you were super helpful and knowledgeable while we were getting ski boots. Spent lots of time explaining the different fit and styles and we would have been a bit lost without you. Great customer service ?

Decathlon Team Valley is a well-organized, spacious store offering a huge variety of quality sports equipment for every activity and skill level. What makes the experience even better is Liana, an outstanding staff member. She’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and helped us find the right products for our requirements.

SUELI’s service was exceptionally good, I'm very happy with it and will be back!

We ordered a set of weights and a bench from them amongst other things. Everything arrived apart from the bench, which made everything else unusable. It was hard to contact customer support, they had no number to call. It's been over a week and there is still no resolution. They are saying the item was shipped by a third party supplier via their website but that shouldn't make a difference to the consumer. I just want a refund I shouldn't have to go back and forth everyday for an update.

Georgie and Hannah were exceptionally helpful today in helping me find a wetsuit and BA. Not only that they assisted in using a rather complicated gift card app that just wasn’t playing ball. Two wonderful members of staff that are a credit to the company. Thank you

Sueli was extremely patient and helpful to my wife when attempting to download the app but was also able to juggle this with still serving others. Very polite and professional.
