I ordered 6 chairs. They did not have all 6 in stock in my colour. I was offered sequential delivery or delivery after a brief delay by an email. I opted for delay. Communication was easy.

When the chair arrived unfortunately one has been damaged in transit. After emailing the company, the replacement chair was delivered the following Monday.

I felt the company were really professional and trustworthy in their dealings with me. The price was competitive. Shipping communications were easy.

I would never ever order there again.

Ordered a Moshi Versacover for iPad Mini with Retina Display on the 30.01.2014 - was indicated as in stock and delivery time for UK would have been 1-3 working days according to their homepage.

Contacted them a few days later and asked what was going on since they didn't send the order. Their response was:

"The item is now due in to us at the end of this week it should have been with us thursday last week but we were let down by the manufacturer and then your item will be dispatched immediately, so sorry for the delay."

I told them that their availability was still on "in stock" though what wasn't even true the week before and hasn't changed since. Their estimated delivery time also still showed 1-3 working days.

No response at all to my last email and they didn't change the product status - clearly just trying to get your money without having the product!!

Thanks a lot but - No. I just canceled the order via paypal and I hope you guys react in time so I don't have to wait a couple of weeks longer because now other shops have the cover in stock and I guess their shop-policy isn't putting it "in stock" without having it. Btw. I told you twice that that's wrong on your hp and you told me you'll fix it. The cover it still "in stock" and delivery is still 1-3 days for the UK. Any further comment needed?

Really great customer service.

We had to wait a little longer for our item than promised but Kirsty @ Design55 proactively contacted us as soon as the order was placed to explain the situation.

She then arranged delivery direct from the manufacturer to minimise the wait. Really courteous and super-efficient.

I found the products I wanted (flamingo table lamps). They were the cheapest in the Internet by a lot. They arrived promptly and are great. There was a sligh damage to one lampshade. I recieved an immediate personal reply and offered a refund or replacement; for me, this is a massive vote of confidence in a company. Thanks, would use again.
