Told Post Office was open whenever store was open. Made special journey -7 mile round trip - to post package. Waited over 10 mins at staff's request to be then told to return in half an hour! Waste of time if can't rely on advertised times! Had to go elsewhere. Pity Moorside and Shotley Bridge post Offices closed-both of which always reliable!

Called in for a drink, had my money turned away because they don’t know what a scottish note is, said I would pay with coins, had to ditch one drink as I didn’t have enough, but then got short changed because basic maths is clearly missing from this establishment and when I questioned my change they got their calculator out to check as if I was wrong and they were right.
