Deol's Convenience Store

A very important parcel has been delivered to this shop for me to collect. When collecting the parcel they told me that they had sent the parcel back to UPS even though they accepted the parcel from the courier. So now I have to contact UPS over my parcel that was needed for an important birthday present.

Listed on Evri's website as open until 9pm...technically true, but I went there at 3:30pm to send a return parcel (through Evri) and they have a sign at the till saying they don't do parcels between 3-4pm (why doesn't Evri know this and have something on their site?). Massive inconvenience, and I could have gone back half an hour later, but it took me 15 minutes to GET there so even if I went home I'd have to leave straight away. NEVER using this shop for anything again, and I am not overreacting as this isn't the first issue I have had with them (one of the issues was with Evri and their machine not working, others with the quality of service generally)

Wish I could give 0 rating. The staff is very rude specially the elder man and the other young man. In a several occasions, we’ve experienced their rudeness. Multiple times they are not happy to release parcel as it is already 19:30-19:45hours and told me to come back next day but I insisted as I will be at work again next day. Also, one time we were just asking/enquiring about a parcel but was still not on their list and they were very rude and just cut the conversation and said goodbye as if pushing us to leave the store. The lady is ok though.
