My family and myself have always loved buying at Designer warehouse in Ingoldmels.We always kept our four chihuahua outside while we shopped.
The last visit two male staff invited our dogs in the shop . They were Today's visit my husband stayed home because I could take the dogs into Designer while I shopped.

On my entry into the Designer today The manager was right where I wanted to look he was talking to friends so I moved around him near the trousers area . Apparently one of my chihuahua cocked his leg to pee whilst doing this just missing a pair of trousers. Leaving a puddle the size of an egg cup.
I would of paid for any damage and cleaned up with apologies .
But , I didn't get the chance as I was jumped on by the manager and one of his female assistants with long black hair, they shouted , can't you see what one of your dogs have just done , the assistant shouting with a cloth and cleaner 'are you going to clean this or shall I ' I cleaned.
I felt staff came across aggressive abrupt and rude. They could have handled the situation calmer . " its not what happens it's how you deal with it that's important ' and all staff definitely did not deal with this situation professionally.
After shopping at Designer for years for my children and now my grandchildren .
Sorry Graham, as much as I love your shop, I don't want to go back to be treated this way by your staff . I will shop on line in the future. Shame but at 70 years of age, my own grandchildren don't shout at me aggressively like I was today by your staff.

Excellent shop full of designer clothes but at Designer prices still expensive what you pay for what you get good deals in the shop high quality and well valued clothing all designer labels or friendly and professional they will help you
