Excellent customer service from the team here. As I couldn’t test drive beforehand they sent me WhatsApp videos and photos and answered all my questions. They also had the steering wheel replaced under warranty and charged the car to 100% before I collected.

Handover and collection was very smooth. I can recommend them enough.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the purchase I made from this dealership. I discovered that the car I bought from them had previously been damaged, a fact that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase.

The communication throughout this ordeal has been awful. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their team, no one has admitted to the prior damage, nor has anyone offered to help me repair the rust that started appearing on the car body some time after the purchase. This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable.

I trusted this dealership to provide me with a reliable vehicle and honest service, but my experience has been far from that.

I brought a car from Desirable a couple of months ago, I found the manager Sandeep to be very rude. They sold us a car that scratches but as we had paid the deposit of £500 that was non refundable no option but to buy or lose deposit. They said the tyres would be flat run they were not. The wipers needed to be changed after being persistent they agreed to send them in the post.
