I am Warwickshire/Central England based and received the hamper (see pics) and have to say I am thoroughly impressed.
The quality and contents of the hamper is top quality, the scones are huge with the jam and clotted cream equally excellent. Not being a tea drinker, but I'm assured the tea is top notch too.
Perfect timing too for National Afternoon Tea Week
If you cannot be in Devon for it this is definitely the next best thing.

I ordered a hamper for a friend who had been ill but it was never delivered. The company do not answer the phone and haven't replied to 4 emails or refunded my money. Maybe they have closed down but nothing to say this. Do not use this company

I'm London based, and purchased a Coffee Cream Tea set- (a treat for a family member). They were delighted with the contents and quality of the gift! Immediately reported back to me that the scones, jam and clotted cream were absolutely delicious! In the same week, I purchased another set, as a treat for myself and daughter to share on the weekend! Can't wait! Thankyou for this service Devon Heaven, at very reasonable prices. Wow ordered the afternoon tea box as a 40th anniversary present for my parents who love a trip to Devon but unfortunately due to ill health its difficult to attend as often as they would like. They were overwhelmed by the contents. The jam had whole strawberries in it there was plenty of clotted cream never mind the melt in the mouth brownies. There only complaint was the concern for their waistlines ?
Will definitely be ordering again from Devon heaven.

Ordered as a special gift for a special birthday ..I messed up the delivery address and Devon Heaven followed up my mistake and managed to deliver...a bitlater ..but so well received ...and devoured! My sister in law called me twice to thank me..she commented on the delicious strawberry jam..whole strawberries...'scones were delicious'..she was most impressed with the cream and tea bags...going to enjoy brownies later. ..."everything you need for a delicious tea time treat"Great that so many delicious goodies came from Devon. my sister in law finds it difficult to travel or go out, and I live too far away to sit with my sister in law and enjoy the cream tea, but felt wonderful that on some level we could 'share' the tea ...I will certainly order again.Thank you Devon Heaven.

Ordered a cream tea for a gift on Friday..it was picked up by DX on the van Monday all day delivery was supposed to be arriving on the Tuesday no show hamper with cream in left on the van all day and all night. Next day it was dumped in the porch no one knocked or rang the bell not the gift I was hoping it to be. Contacted Devon Heaven who said we'll we say on our site we allow for delays. I don't think this is good enough 2 whole days for a cream tea to be left on a van. Get a better courier or don't send perishables. Very poor service. No I don't recommend x

Bought a cream tea hamper for my Aunt's birthday. She was absolutely thrilled with it and really enjoyed the Devon scones, jam and clotted cream with her cuppa. The delivery was on time and kept me informed of progress. Would recommend. Thank you.
