I had a collection from DFDS and had no details apart from a ref No, I went to the wrong site first but the security guy was really helpful and made some phone calls and put me right.

The right site was warehouse 2 and the guy at driver reception sorted everything out really quickly, by the time I’d driven to the right loading area the guy was ready with his fork lift to load me, had a good laugh with all the blokes. It makes a change in these big places to get dealt with like a human.

Normal situations for drivers, you need full PPE etc etc. Loads of room to move.

Warehouse staff are very fast and efficient at loading you. It's a shame the 2 mutants who book you in are slow, arrogant and down right rude and ignorant.
