Very impressed. Did the airbags recall on my imported Mustang, which seemed to be a problem for other Ford dealerships. No fuss, no dramas. Friendly and efficient. They went the extra mile to swap over the horn pad and emblem. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Dinnages Ford in Haywards Heath for the service of my Mondeo Hybrid. The staff were friendly and explained everything in detail, plus they provided a comfortable seating area with magazines and free hot drinks for me to wait while they carried out the service. I was also happy to browse the classic Ford cars in their showroom, including a Mk1 Mustang and a Mk1 Fiesta. To top it all my car was cleaned inside and out and they provided me with 1 year breakdown cover. Thank You, I will be back!

I can honestly say I received an excellent service from Dinnages in Haywards Heath. From start to finish I was dealt with professionally and courteously. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Olly our salesman went out of his way to ensure every aspect of the sale went smoothly, no hard sell and happy to answer any questions! Olly is a credit to the Dinnages team, having visited another Ford dealer in Horsham, my advice would be, send your salespeople to Haywards Heath and see how customer service should be!
