I had 6 pairs in the past re-lensed, this time load more with various lenses, going back to have some varifocals done. Reading other reviews, I've never had a problem. Good efficient service, friendly staff, fast turn around.

Terrible service.
I ordered glasses 19th Dec 25. I still have no glasses. No reason given for the delay, and I have no idea of the quality of the product.
I regret ordering from these clowns.

Diabolicalic poor service !

Placed my order on 22/05, only got a resolution, with nothing but aggravation along the way, on the 05/08 AND only because Paypal settled the dispute in my favor !

AVOID unless you are a sucker for punishment.
You will be better with SmartBuyGlasses

My order was delayed with no response to emails or phone calls and only got a response after filling case with Paypal.

Items were delivered piece meal and I ever received several I didn't even order !

When it came time to return the "try before you buy" frames I was told they were unable to generate postal labels and would get back to me in two weeks. Needless to say, I never heard back and after calling 3 weeks later the "problem" was still not resolved.

I just paid the postage and returned the items and only got a confirmation of refund processing 5 days after they received them back. 1 week later still no money and still further emails, "Billie" responded to say that he had already processed the refund, couldn't do it again with the account department and it would be quicker for me to file a case with Paypal !!!

Holding on the phone will make anyone loose the will to live. To add insult to injury, raising an email service ticket request is met with a warning not to try it again as it will push your request to the BACK OF THE QUEUE and can dream about getting a response the same day or even the next.

Their email order format is completely unreadable with images so large the overflow the entire page making order details illegible.

An arrogant company that treats its customers like cash machines employing all manner of unheard of, creative tactics to hold onto your cash once they have it.

Don't do it to yourself go to SmartBuyGlasses instead.

Ordered glasses mid January. Money taken instantly. Told by email arrival in 1 week or so. After a month I phoned to be told supplier delays. After 6 weeks I contacted them and demanded cancellation and refund. Now at 7 weeks nothing, no money, no glasses. And no attempt by Direct Sight to contact me, the customer. Terrible service, after I used them loads in the previous years, NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE!

Not always the cheapest when you add on extra coatings, but the value is good and the service is great. One pair I had was broken by my son, and the lenses were put into new frames in about ten minutes.

I think this company is a scam. Ordered glasses and paid the money. Had an order confirmation, but glasses never arrived on the stated date. Their website states that they are open and available from 09:00 until 18:00, but calls/ chats are not replied to. Emails are ignored as well. I recommend avoiding this company. Should be reported to trading standards.

I ordered a pair of glasses through Direct Sight, but received no email confirmation. I tried to call the customer service line with no answer, so emailed them asking for a confirmation.

After not hearing back from them for days, I assumed my order hadn't gone through. I needed replacement glasses ASAP, so I ordered some from Specsavers instead (knowing I had the "30-Day Free Return" through Direct Sight as advertised).

After not hearing back for weeks, I was asked for an alternative email, so provided one. I still haven't received an email confirmation to this date (I have checked my spam folder). Weeks passed and I eventually received the glasses which I returned as I had got the others from Specsavers.

Weeks passed again and I had heard nothing about my refund, so I decided to phone up. I was put through to a rather rude lady who pointed out to me that she'd emailed me regarding the return - again, I had received no email. She informed me that hidden away in the Terms & Conditions, the refund was only for the frames... not the lenses (this is also not stated in the Returns page on their website). In the end I decided to get the refund for the frames, but feel the "30-Day Free Return" is misleading.

Overall, pretty terrible experience with Direct Sight and never received my full refund.
