I’ve had the worst time at this place, if I could give less than 1* I would. I went to buy a few things today and will put the pictures up. It all came to approximately £70 (YES they are that expensive!!) and wanted to return a few items on the same day. Firstly, the guy at the till tried to bump me and said that that the swing bin was £29.99 when it actually was £25.99 and had to show him a picture I took beforehand so he might have overcharged me for everything else. The guy at the till did not provide me with any receipt however I had my bank statement. I returned within two hours to make the return and he said they don’t do returns even though they have NO visible sign to say that they do not do returns, in addition I wasn’t given a receipt. I think the reason why I wasn’t given the receipt (CCTV would have that) is because he wanted to bump me. He now kicked me out of the shop and I am left frustrated and angry. I am not sure how to get my refund. He did not want to give me his boss’s contact details and was vague about everything else. I asked for the receipt and he said it’s too late. This place not only is super super expensive (so definitely not a discount place, most things are over £10) but the service is appealing and there is no customer service at all. Also, the guy at the till tried to gaslight me and said it was my responsibility as the customer to ask for the receipt which is false because even at Tesco’s they would ask you if you want a receipt. I am so angry, I have not words. I feel cheated and they definitely deceived me.
