Great company! You can find yourself some amazing bargains and all sorts of food and household items…. Some items are short dated (best before dates only) and at unbelievably low prices! They have recently removed their spend threshold, but bear in mind low value orders will be subject to a delivery charge. I have placed 2 orders in January, pretty sure they won’t be my last. Keep up the good work 🙂

They sell products online that are over two months out of date.
I received an order from Discount Dragon yesterday, and in my order were items that were two months out of date. Their response was so abysmal I have cancelled my account and unsubscribed from all the constant emails.

My box finally arrived after 2 weeks. About a quarter of the stuff was out of date by over a month. Sad to say won’t buy from this site again I just wish they would make it more clearer so people can decide if they want to buy

Check the Best Before DATES.
Only 2 star because of there response and process to get your refund, ends up costing you and taking your time for the privilege to open there box and send it back when you realise what has happened which ultimately it is your fault when you get your out of date stuff.
Check the BB DATES, I looked but thought the year was 24….because why would you sell stuff 2 months past it’s Best Before date….

They do nothing wrong…..legally.
This is a very clever marketing site that uses our greed and laziness.
The info is there but it’s not in your face.
From my experience I Will never use again.
I Wouldn’t recommend as like others discount sites I don’t feel you are getting a bargain.
They DO package well though!!

I’ve made two decent sized orders with Discount Dragon and both orders have been great. There was a slight issue with the second order, which was sorted by Adam in customer services within the day I emailed DD. Best customer service I’ve had for some time.
I will continue to use DD as a source for bulk buying branded, better value goods

I have now received three orders from discount dragon and each one has been unbelievable value for money all the products excellent oh some maybe slightly past the best buy date but then best buy date doesn’t mean the products are inferior because there not.
I like the site and especially the special offers if you’re quick enough to order them.
I had a problem with my second order that Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address not discount dragons fault however I contacted both Royal Mail and discount dragon who responded immediately back to me and looked into the problem and though eventually we received the delivery I was given a voucher because one of the products was damaged.
This was three weeks ago and I’m still awaiting the outcome from Royal Mail who are still investigating why the delivery went to the wrong address.
Discount dragon were and are a breath of fresh air ordering online and dealing with issues in not just a professional way but with courteous staff who respond whatever time of the day to a problem which was not of their making.
I write this as today I had another delivery fortunately the delivery driver who wrongly delivered my previous one apologised and this won’t happen again.
Five stars to discount dragon great products and especially their team.

Amazing service- fast free delivery. Super quality products at really low prices. I bought many things that I would not have treated myself to at full price. Of course some products are not within the best before date but these dates are given in the product information so it is up to you. I have no issue with ambient products being out of date and you are also reducing food waste. I would like to commend Adam in particular for amazing customer service! Thank you and I will be reordering soon.
