DO NOT USE this company if you need a reliable and trustworthy service. The online order I placed arrived as a 'partship', for which I paid extra. Several items were missing . I emailed and 2 more items were then received. I emailed again as i was still missing items ( 9 days after placing my order ) i then called and spoke to Courtney . She claimed the items were sent in my original order . They were not !!! And this contradicted what Barbara had told me following my 1st email, stating the order was lost and a duplicate would be issued ?There was no apology for the inconvenience . There was no empathy and no suggestions on how to resolve my issues. Courtney blamed Royal Mail ? I eventually gave up and asked for a return postage label to send the bits I had received back and a full refund . Such poor customer service skills in a really competitive market ...and no real effort to try and pacify or rectify my complaint .

The website is a bit clunky to navigate on a cell phone, but service and delivery more than makes up for it. I missed an item off my order, so emailed them. They were able to add it on and send me an invoice for the difference. I was also ordering from New Zealand, and everything arrived just 4 days later. Thank you!

I ordered a riding hat from them, including returns for different sizing, and while they keep 1 star for exchanging the hat when it didn't fit, they've lost all others for the constant chasing up I've had to do. They've never sent the tracking details for any of the orders like they say they do at shipping unless I asked, they sent the wrong size hat once and I had to chase them up with multiple emails to get a prepaid returns label, they never sent the correct sized hat after receiving the returned parcel until i messaged asking where it was, and now I asked for a credit to my account with the last return (as a refund to the card i used to purchase it would be a hassle as it's in a foreign currency): I put on the returns form a credit. I emailed saying I wanted a credit. What email did I just get? "Your refund is being processed." So now I've chased them up again to see if it's too late to stop the refund.

So unless you're ordering something you know for certain you're not going to want to return, avoid this company to save yourself loads of headaches.

I received my PE Odyssey helmet on the 8th day upon placing the order. That's considered relatively fast for shipment from the UK to Singapore via Royal Mail. The customer service team was helpful and prompt in responding to my queries. I just wished I found them earlier; their product pricing and shipment cost are unbeatable!

I use this company online, great choice of stock and great prices. Only negative is that every time I have ordered, it takes ages to arrive (always over a week - one order took a month - probably would have been even longer if I had not chased and chased them on it). They shouldn't advertise 1 - 5 days delivery if they can't achieve this.

Good shop with lots of variety. They stock pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't aware they had started a new discount card since my last visit so before you got their price for shopping with them. Now its a discount card price (card costs £7 jan-dec) or RRP. Not an issue just wasn't aware. There is always someone at the till they could ask as you come in perhaps I dunno. Anyway another thing that bugged me a little on my last visit is that it felt like the staff followed you around the shop. I was their with my child, and it made us both feel uncomfortable. Its never happened before but did on our last visit.
