I've used this shop for over 7-8 years now for various animals including cats, hamsters, scorpions, millipedes, frogs and GALS (I could go on!) Always well stocked, live food looks healthy, all animals are healthy and very well looked after and the staff are angels. If you want animal advice of any kind I couldn't suggest a better place! Perfect family run pet shop that CARES

I called ahead asking for rat availability, I was then informed of two hairless rats available. I went to the store to pick them up and the staff were amazing! So welcoming and lovely. The rats have already bonded with my other two and are extremely loving and sociable. Highly recommend this pet shop. Thankyou! Called them Cas and Blue 😊

Went to canvey to collect a few fishing bits with my daughter the other day and parked in the car park and walked past the pet shop on my way to the tackle shop and my daughter asked me if we could take a look as she is only 6 I said yes and went in greeted by a really nice gentleman who obviously knew we were just looking welcomed us into the shop telling me where to take my daughter to see the fish and all the other animals made us feel really welcome and under no pressure to buy anything.
My daughter really enjoyed herself in the shop seeing all the animals and I wanted to say thank you discount pet store
