I paid a visit to see Martin Jay or known as the Distributor Doctor at his workshop premise, where he and his dedicated team refurbish and supply to the Classic Car world.
They use distributors and other such electrical components that are old made in Britain used items rather than new made in China or from the USA. This is down to the quality or pricing from abroad.
I was shown around by Martin and one of his team very quickly and professionally completed a refurbished as new Hex Vacuum Advance whilst I waited.
This was excellent service and I was well satisfied with having seen the set up and receiving the finished part.
All in all thoroughly recommended.

Distributor Doctor rebuilt and recurved my distributor for my reliant 850 engine. Wow the difference was unbelievable it has never run so good pulls like a train. Excellent service from start to finish would I use them again absolutely also it's good to support a British company.

Emailed the Doctor with my dizzy problem. He replied early the next day with advice. Rang Matt who talked me through the symptoms and was able to diagnose the problem and the solution.
The parts arrived the following day and hey presto, it's all fixed and I'm very pleased with the results.
