Received a phone call from the branch (after a successful delivery) to say I had the wrong address whilst staying at a hotel....people ordering food for takeaway obviously don't mean to use the wrong address, the driver obviously realised it was the wrong address as they delivered the food....don't call to give me a lecture in broken English

Absolutely dire place !.
I haven't even given it any stars as it's that poor !
Also when I complained about the rubbish pizza with hardly any toppings and that it had all been dumped in the middle of the pizza, he pulled my son next time he went in !
Don't you ever give my son grief again !
Who the hell do you think you are !
Your pizzas are absolutely shocking and you don't like been told !

Don't waste your money ! Go elsewhere!

I bought a pizza with chicken and sweetcorn toppings from this takeaway, using the efficient customisation deal on its website that functions very well! The pizza was superb and had been prepared within a proper amount of time after my order, also I had cookies here on a different day that were delicious.

Pizza luke warm, paid for extra cheese despite barely any on there to the standard pizza. Also specifically ordered stuffed crust but but hardly and cheese in the crust either? Also slightly over cooked which makes it very dry to eat. Pizza hut takeaway much better despite them not delivering to ilkley.

After living in continental Europe for almost a decade, I have had the pleasure of eating genuine, authentic Pizza. Today I was very surprised when I received my pizza delivery as it resembled the pizza described above; even better, it tasted very close to it too!

Polite and knowledgable staff. Walked in wanting a few pizza's and extras, but was told there's a better offer for the same items, but at a cheaper price! Bargain!
There was a chap cleaning (assuming the daily clean) and he was extremely thorough. Watched him for a good 15 minutes. Made me feel a better that this particular branch takes hygiene seriously.

Pros:
- Polite and knowledgable staff
- Helpful when saving money through deals
- Very clean and tidy
- Menus to hand if you don't know what to order

Cons:
- Parking is a little hit and miss. You might have to park in front of the bus/train station, or a little further down the road, and walk more.

I ordered my food in the app. it said it was ready to collect. i went to the store and they told me wait. 30 minutes later they give me my food, it had been ready the whole time. i get home to find the food is now cold. very poor service, and it’s ruined my meal.
