I'd put no star if I could!! What a waste of money and they have a cheek to say they haven an 18 year guarantee!! I purchased a Octasmart essential matress back in 2022! This is the state of it. You can't get in touch with anyone, I've emailed twice!! and Sent images. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I paid almost £400 for a mattress that isn't even a year old at this point. Not only did it take almost 2 months to arrive, but it has just spontaneously combusted on one of the topper patterns.

I went through their customer service email to report the sudden fault only to be told they can't do anything because I "had to report the fault within 30 days of delivery".

Seeing as it didn't spontaneously combust within 30 days of delivery, it'd be pretty difficult to do so.

I've been doing all I can to keep the mattress clean and in decent condition for as long as possible, so now I'm stuck with a damaged mattress I can't afford to replace.

Never buying from this company again. I've only given 1 star because I can't give a lower rating.

I bought an Octasmart single a year ago after 6 months there was an extreme difference in the density in the middle of the mattress compared to the edges. This means I have to sleep in only the soft middle of the mattress with my pillow 6 inches from the top or my head is too high and I can’t sleep on 6-8 inches of the edge with my core or I fall/roll into the middle. Because the dip in the middle didn’t meet their warranty requirements, Dormeo denied my claim even though that wasn’t my complaint. I filed a complaint again after 4 more months and the dip was enough to warrant them sending out a third party company. Dormeo ruled that my mattress wasn’t faulty. Maybe one of their other mattresses would be better but their customer service is not worth needing to deal with.

Poor Warranty Service – Be Aware!

I purchased three mattresses from Dormeo UK, and unfortunately, one turned out to be faulty. I contacted their warranty department over 10 times, but they kept asking for more photos and different formats, only to stop responding altogether. Their customer service and warranty teams don’t seem to communicate, making the whole process frustrating. Once they have your money, they don’t seem to care. I regret my purchase and wouldn’t recommend them if you expect proper after-sales support

I purchased the Octasmart mattress in 2021, expecting a premium sleep experience. Fast forward to now, and I'm left with a mattress that has visibly sunk and become incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite being only 62 kg—hardly on the heavier side—I'm dealing with a backache every morning due to the lack of support.

The warranty terms are absolutely ridiculous. According to their policy, the company finds it "normal" for the thickness of the mattress to reduce by 5% to 15%. How is this acceptable? A 15% reduction in mattress thickness will inevitably lead to significant discomfort for anyone, regardless of weight. In my case, this so-called "normal" reduction has left me feeling like I'm sleeping on an old, worn-out mattress after just three years of use.

When I contacted customer support, they simply reiterated their warranty policy, refusing any responsibility for what is clearly a defect in the product. A mattress that loses this much support within three years is not what I would expect from a reputable company. If you're looking for a durable and comfortable mattress, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This purchase has been nothing but disappointing, and the lack of accountability in their policy makes it worse.

Do not buy octasmart mattress, bought about 2 years ago, comes with 20 year warranty but that's nonsense as my mattress is lumpy foam densities are different accross the mattress. Raised this with quality control and they refused to fix it. After opening the mattress and taking pictures inside the octa springs have come loose broken, it would have lasted longer if they used superglue. Bewares do not buy any of the octasmart technology products. They are usually on sale and it's due to poor build quality.

My experience has been awful to say the least. I ordered a bed frame, head board and mattress. I am yet to open the frame and head board, as when I received all three, just the weight of what had been sold as a mattress raised alarm bells. Since talking to customer service, it has become clear that if I'd opened the rest of the items I would only have been able to return the mattress.
They want me to pay £45 to send them back but they will collect the mattress for free. With discounts from using Microsoft edge I got these for like £800ish. From my experience, don't waste your money. Spend a little bit more and go elsewhere. This is nothing more than cheap products marketed as premium. Or if you want these exact products other stores do them a lot cheaper. If I could do a zero star review I would.
Customer service are responding, which looking at other reviews, I'm surprised by. They are however shooting me down with t's & c's and are not budging. This is clearly not their first rodeo with people realising too late they have been had. Such a shame, that we have to deal with experiences like this as consumers.
