One of the best Chinese takeaways around and certainly the best in Ilminster. The food is always delicious and extremely good value for money for the portion sizes given. For example: one chicken chow mein can easily serve two. The staff are extremely helpful in the service they provide and the food is cooked fresh, in a timely manner.

You will never ever get a better Chinese take away than the Dragon Place in Ilminster no matter how far you travel. The staff are 1st class, always happy, helpful and making you feel like you’re their number 1 customer who ever you are. The food is to die for, I challenge anyone to find better. Thank you Dragon Place for never letting me down with my take aways and the amount of free pawn crackers you give away to so many customers ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Lovely tasting takeaway, not too greasy like other takeaway. Will definitely use this one again. We had special chow mein, veg rolls, chicken curry boiled rice, shredded chilli garlic chicken, sweet and sour chicken, chicken pineapple, and more.. It was all delicious. Takeaway pick up time was spot on. Friendly helpful staff.

Lovely tasting takeaway, not too greasy like other takeaway. Will definitely use this one now. We had chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, spring rolls and salt and chilli chips. It was all delicious. Takeaway pick up time was a bit out though, waited much longer than predicted.
