Processed a return online to be collected from this shop. Got there to drop my parcel off and they refused to take it! My parcel is in the system to be collected from this store. Just seen the other reviews and it seems im not the only one thats had problems with them !

The shop couldn’t find my UPS parcel so I spent 20mins contacting UPS whilst there. Outcome: £60 car park fine. Appeal unsuccessful. What a scam. Avoid using this facility.

Store was late opening, they couldn’t find my yodel parcel I ended up with a £60. fine because I was in the store for 3 minutes over the allocated time limit - the store was unwilling to step in and help

BE CAREFUL IN THE CARPARK YOU GET FINED £60 for parking then the woman who owns the shop says don’t pay it and they charge you £100 avoid at all costs robbing people of a lot of money just for using the shop
