Everyone is quick to complain but sometimes you have to appreciate excellent customer service! Dave was superb from start to finish didn’t make me feel stressed and gave us some great advice, I was only going for a look and I ended up buying a bed just because of his excellent customer care. Nothing was too much and we laughed the whole time. Would definitely recommend! 5*

We were very well looked after by sally. She assessed both my husband and I for the mattress most appropriate for us. Showed us all the options available for us to try. Offered us refreshments and made us very relaxed during the ordering process. I did in fact have to phone the following day to alter my order as I had given the wrong sizing. Again sally was very helpful and made the process of cancelling and reordering simple and also spent some time trying to arrange delivery dates that suited. Overall I was very happy with the service, I came by recommendation and I would also recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Very good experience today. Michel was very helpful and friendly. The bed testing machine is great and we had all the help we needed to decide without feeling pressured. We took our time and were not hurried. Came away confident we'd made the right investment.

Sally was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to suitable mattresses to try. She offered us tea and coffees, and we used the ideal mattresses for us machine!
Sally sold us one of the first beds and mattresses in our new house and we were more than happy to go back to Sally at Dreams Huntingdon for the next ones. Very pleased with our purchases.

When entering the store we were invited to try there sleep machine which helps when choosing a new mattress. Michel helped us throughout the whole process and we finished up buying one of the recommended mattresses. The advice Michel gave us was very clear and good,coffee was good aswell

Fantastic experience. I was met at the door and offered a hot/ cold drink. There was no pressure to buy just very friendly and helpful. I was offered to try a mattress and pillow.Went home with a new bed and mattress at a good price. Would recommend to all.

Visited here to try one of the sofabeds, Michel was really professional and introduced every details of it. She gave us more than enough time to feel the sofabed before making the final decision, and the delivery time was really quick. Definitely recommend
