I usually go to Duffets to post my Yodel parcels 📦. The shop has a nice variety of items and most the people there are very friendly and helpful.
I’ve seen some one written on the review that someone was still on a call while serving. This maybe true, but if you need help they are still there to help and are always friendly. Also their family live abroad and they have to talk to their relatives on certain tiles due to the time difference. Though I am Chinese Asian, I’m still Asian so can relate to this as this is Asian culture and very normal to us. I personally think as long as people are still friendly and helpful, it doesn’t matter if they are on the phone to their family abroad.

There is only one guy, the older big guy I have to agree is very rude all the time. Even when saying hello 👋🏼 he gives you a strong look 👀 and doesn’t greet customers. I personally don’t like going in the shop when he is there as I personally feel very unwelcome there when he is there, but all the other people there are so nice and friendly.

Awful experience. Shopkeeper is the rudest and most disgusting person alive. Zero manners and treats customers with utter contempt. This person should not be in a customer facing job. I simply popped in to process a Yodel parcel but upon entering the store the shopkeeper angrily gestured to a rack full of parcels and grunted at me to come back after 2pm. I was a little annoyed by this as I’d specially ventured out to post this parcel but I went home and returned after 2pm as I was told to do so. When I returned I was ignored by the shopkeeper who couldn’t even be bothered to look up let alone great me. I waited patiently and after what felt like eternity the shopkeeper rudely grunted at me asking if I was ready yet as if I had been making him wait! I said I was and he printed the postage label which was then chucked at me with hand gestures to put it on myself. By this point I had had enough of his bad attitude and told him he was rude to which he replied if I don’t like it I shouldn’t come back. He then threw my receipt at me and my parcel at the wall so hard it bounced of and landed on the floor. I am really angry by this experience! This was my most convenient Yodel drop off store but I will not be using it again. I am also not happy that the parcels aren’t kept in a secure area, they are just left to the side of the main door on a rack/on the floor where anyone could easily help themselves to them.

Awful service had my parcel delivered here for collection. Firstly shop assistant was on phone continued call and told me there's a pile go find your parcel, found parcel left on the floor of the shop where anyone can pick it up or step on it. When I told shop assistant I was not happy with where my parcel was left she told me it was safe, how so when on the floor where anyone can pick it up, step on it and damage it. The packaging for my parcel was ripped to shreds. Not happy at all

Yuck! absolutely livid, went in today and the owner was constantly coughing all over the place, he coughed all over my shopping and his hands then touched all of my shopping! I feel sick!! He was literally coughing all over the customers!! Why would you do this and not even care? One star because i couldnt leave it blank!!!

Got a delivery through Go Eats as couldn't leave the house, delivery came very quickly and delivery guy was nice however items missing. Cant phone store as number wont go through!! Waiting for missing items otherwise going to visit store for refund tomorrow.
Went into store they took my number and nothing!! Not heard anything and the manager never seems to be around, disgusting!

Pile of parcels on the floor. Impossible to find your own. Not particularly helpful staff. Better paying for delivery.
