Ordered on line last night opted for click and collect. Got an e mail first thing this morning saying it was ready. It was the first time i had visited i was pleasantly surprised. The store sells everything you could think of for the home . Curtains( large selection of colours) , blinds, bedding , poles, materials, wallpapers even spotted some nets. Also sells kitchen appliances, tableware, cutlery etc. Has started getting its xmas ? stuff in. Has customer toilets, a lift, and an upstairs cafe. They have very nice lighting too. Will visit again. Have used click and collect a few times now. It's so straight forward and convenient ,would recommend using it.

My wife and I took my elderly Mum to the Pausa Cafe in Dunelm Rotherham this lunchtime (Tuesday 23rd July 2024) What absolutely delightful staff they have working there...! They made 'such a fuss' over making sure my Mum - a wheelchair user - felt welcomed and respected. One particular lady - apologies that I didn't catch her name, but she's the lady with very short, silver-grey hair - even came over to Mum during our meal to check that everything was OK. The food was great - the staff greater still...! Many thanks for making our visit special and memorable :-)

This week we went to the Rotherham branch to buy cushions. We were served by Ann who was so helpful. Good old fashion customer service. Nothing too much trouble although she was very busy.

I love this shop, the toasties in the cafe are delicious. Only downside for me is the parking the spaces are very narrow and oddly placed

Dunelm has a lot to offer and there are usually discounts, offers, and items at reduced prices. It is a good place to go to when you are decorating your home, wanting some new bedsheets, lights, or any household item there is plenty to choose from.

Typical Dunelm, lots of choice in soft furnishings, household storage, lighting, and to top it all a lovely, although small, cafe with very friendly staff.

Nice shop. Not the cheapest but then not the most expensive either. Well set out. Staff really helpful and very quick, no questions asked when refunding.
