I ordered 3 sets of the wooden heart tealight holders for family members in remembrance of my brother who recently passed away. They are absolutely perfect for what I wanted and very quick delivery.

Ordered 3 items, two which came quickly and were of good quality and very well packaged.
1 of my items were missing and I rang the store. A very nice fella advised to contact customer service via email, which I did.

The customer service I received was very good, emails came quickly. I found out my missing item was out of stock and was offered a refund. Very pleased
with the ordering process, delivery and the customer service experience was excellent. I'll be using again and shall recommend them to friends and family.

I dont normally write reviews but felt this company need recognition for their service. I tried to order 2 items for my mother which were temporarily out of stock and after a phone call with the company a nice gentleman kept in touch with me and when they sourced the products they sent me the items very quickly. During such terrible times at the moment the service, quality of the items and the turnaround was brilliant. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Don’t waste your time with this un-professional company!!

The companies website explains it ships products within 24hrs of ordering. Well it had been 11 days and I had not received or heard anything. When calling to ask I spoke to an extremely rude gentleman who sounded like a stroppy kid who was no help what so ever and blamed Royal Mail for not delivering. As he refused to supply a tracking number Royal Mail could not help but explained that if they had tried to deliver the parcel they would have record of it under the postcode, which they didn’t as it was more than likely never shipped to them. Bare in mind all this took over 5 different phone calls to this company where I was passed around with no one seeming to have any clue what they were doing or willingness to help. Let’s hope they manage to get the refund part right!! Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere!

Horrible people, no customer service, rude & they make false accusations against buyers when refunding their items. Ordered a ‘White Plastic Cake Stand’ from East2eden through Amazon & I received a used cake stand. I contacted Amazon and notified them about the condition in which I received the item. Posted the item back & the seller sent me a message accusing me of using the cake stand & pubic hair being in the package, claiming that I was disgusting Never received such bad customer service before, I am appalled at how the seller has treated me and my experience with the seller has been shocking.

Bought a metal spinning wind mill for a Christmas present. Within 2 weeks the ground stake broke off so we had to fix that.
Now, 6 months later, the head of the spinner has completely rusted off. I expect better being it’s supposed to be a garden ornament and out in all weathers.
I complained to east2eden and they said I should have inspected it when it arrived.
Nothing they can do now.

I have been a regular customer of east2eden for several years now. They usually deliver ahead of the estimated delivery date and the items are great quality and very well priced. Recently had an issue with the courier delivering to the wrong address and east2eden went out of their way to resolve the problem.

What terrible customer service!! Bought a basket on Amazon from them and yes, it was bought a few months ago, but it hasn't lasted. Not fit for purpose. They are not interested. They obviously have enough customers to worry about the odd one. Shall not be buying from them again, ever.
