I do live around the area so I go there often. Literally every one is extremely rude not helpful and obviously not bothered. I mean it’s a customer service job you don’t have to be extremely nice but at least show some respect. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

This is an excellent little co-op, with a very good range especially given its size, and they have a 'do it yourself' station with hot water for porridge, pot noodles etc - excellent idea. Coffee is good too, I find it's better than the coffee shops in the station. The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly - special mention for a young guy working there today (Saturday 13th Jan) who was great. Should have got his name cos I want to write to co-op HO and commend him.

They have this little hot food bar, comprised of things such as noodles and porridge that you can make with hot water, and a tap with cold and hot water. This in the worst of times saved me and my brother from starvation. I’ve never felt so satisfied, at a time where i missed my train and had to wait an hour for the next, the hot noodles from this shop were the highlight of my day.

The East of England Co-op is a small corner shop inside the Norwich Train Station. We've visited here a couple of times to get a few bits and pieces as we were staying in a nearby hotel and needed to have a drink. The prices here are reasonable but it is narrow. Otherwise, I'd recommend this place for sure.
