Sharon, Lisa-Marie &Tabitha I have seen you women literally work your socks off on every single shift. You honestly go above and beyond I’ve never seen anything like it. They are fundamental cornerstones of the running of this business. They honestly deserve some recognition, they more than deserve a pay rise!! Absolutely outstanding on every level. Massive well done! you all work like it’s your own business. I can see how you genuinely care, your work ethics are out of this world. It’s above anything I’ve ever seen. The Co op is always clean, well stocked and you’re greeted with real strong hardworking friendly woman such as Lisa-Marie, Sharon and Tabitha unreal. Fantastic absolutely fantastic. (P.s There’s a 4th who also stands out, a gentleman, aged around 30,(ish) wears glasses I think and usually has his jacket undone and sleeves up! I see you too!) huge thanks, appreciation and applause all round!

This is really one of a pair of Co-ops in the long Bramford Lane, but down the side street shopping complex of Ulster Road. It's very small inside & doesn't have much of a range of stock, even own brand staples such as Co-op99 Tea. When the other Ipswich Co-ops are doing an item on special offer it's often still the standard price in here. Then because it's not selling there's a job lot of it all marked 'Reduced to Clear', but even with the reduction it's still more expensive than in the neighbouring Co-op Locals. I've taken something to the checkout marked 'Reduced to Clear', then the assistant started querying with the manager as to why it was so labeled when it wasn't due to go out of code. Insinuating that I'd been peeling off the labels, despite a towering stack of the same items beside the checkouts. It's even more annoying when bread is 'Reduced to Clear' because there's some on the bakery shelf at a lowered price, but reach the till & there's the same item for an even lower price.

Always good in here it's a CO op, but more expensive than a super market but super easy to get in and out and local mostly walking distance- TIP - look out for the trolley near the checkout, always find a bargain x

visit regularly, staff always helpful and friendly, just changed opening hours so open til 11pm and sell just about everything you could need. Some things are a bit pricey but they also have a lot of offers so good to local k lout for.

Waited for a long time for the staff to stop talking before they would even serve us. And then received the worst service we've ever had there from a lady with washed out pink hair. Awful attitude. If I see it's her on tills in the future, I'll go elsewhere.

Excellent store, with big variety of items. The only thing is it is really expensive. For what you buy there, the money valley, say for a couple of items, then you could go to aldi for example and get a weeks worth of items.

Really good service and all, but it would be nice to stick to the timetable you have on the door. If it says you close at 11pm, close at 11pm not 1040pm. That s all
