Most of the time it's a nice little shop to go in, the staff are helpful and cheerful most the time. Only issue I've had here is few months ago I went in for some sugar an one of the old lady's who was on shift for some odd reason gave me this dirty look, and she was looking at me up an down for a solid 5 seconds, she literally had this horrible look in her face as if I'd done something horrible yet I was simply waiting in the queue. It made me very angry, luckily this one incident didn't put me off going in again as it's my local shop. I tried putting in a complaint but the coop complaints system was odd, I tried online but there literally isn't a complaint structure from what I could see. I would of gone in the shop an spoke directly to the manager but in the end I decided against it as didn't want to be responsible for someone loosing there job, especially with how the world is atm with cost of living an bills going up. So I left it, when I see her I just avoid her cos other then this lady it's a nice environment to go in for a quick an quiet shop. The prices are expensive in here being a convenient store, alot of the time there prices shock me, but it is what it is. All in all its a good little shop to pop in.

UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR AS I CAN'T POST WITHOUT DOING SO.

In the 26 years I've been on this earth. This is the worst store I've ever been to. I got asked for ID when buying hayfever tablets. As this was 7am I did not have my ID on me so they point blank refused to sale me hayfever tablets. I asked the manager and the member of staff who was serving me. What is the age limit for buying otc pills. They said 18 which is a lair because the NHS website states. There are no legal age restrictions for buying over-the-counter (OTC) medicines. Also the service is below par they never have enough stock and take ages to re stock. They stand around chatting and ignore you when you waiting to pay.
