Avoid Eco Sleep Beds and Durham Beds and Furniture Centre at all costs.

I ordered a bed from this company but decided to cancel the same day, fully abiding by their cancellation policy, which allows for cancellations within 48 hours of ordering. While they were quick to take my money, the refund process has been a nightmare. It has now been 6 weeks, and I am still chasing them for my refund.

Their customer service has been appalling—no updates, no urgency, and no accountability. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up with them, yet nothing gets resolved. This has been a stressful and frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise against dealing with this company. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

We popped into the factory outlet just to look after we had a bad experience with another furniture shop. On entering the factory outlet we were greeted by Micky the owner. He kindly explained all about his firm and how they made the furniture. He then showed us where the sofas would be made upstairs in their factory. We decided on ordering the Paris corner sofa and asked for a certain colour of both sofa and cushions. They arrived in 5 weeks the sofa is beautiful, nice and high with firm cushions like we asked for the sofa feels very solid and sturdy and it very well made. Very happy customers.

Absolutely awful experience. Bought a bed. It came with some upholstery issues I wanted to ignore. No instructions on how to assemble. The nice delivery man talked me through assembling over the phone. Assembled the bed to find the headboard is extremely flimsy to the point it would come unattached if pushed too hard. Contacted company and said I don’t want it with all these issues. Refusing me a refund. Have written letters and case filed with trading standards. Completely disgusting service from this company. DO NOT USE!!!

Popped in today as we needed furniture for my ex husband's new home (bed , sideboard , couch, TV table ect ) , came out with nothing as everything was very expensive. Not everyone has £600 plus to spend on a bed. Definitely no bargains in here
