As a couple we have just completed our purchase of two new pairs of ski boots . Not our first , but our first from ellisbrigham .
We were assisted by Alex and Tom , and the level of knowledge and service they both gave us was outstanding !
Alex in particular had fantastic product knowledge and guided us both through all the boot options , ordering a range for us to try on , the fitting process was amazing and we have come away with two great pairs of boots .
We both work in retail and the level of service , not selling was amazing .
They truly understood the value of listening to the customer and suggesting the best products to suit our needs .
