After going to other car sales places and then losing the will, I turned up at EMG Huntingdon... Ashley was the first person I met and from that he got a car from their Thetford branch within 2 days and was very kind, nothing was too much trouble. My son went and test drove the car with Paul who was great. I went the following day when I also met Paul who took me out for a test drive, made me feel at ease and again nothing was too much trouble, no pressure to buy the car at all. Decided to buy the car , Paul phoned me to arrange collection, on the day both Ashley and Paul greeted me went through everything, made sure I was happy , the car was emaculate inside and out , scratches had been sorted and half a tank of petrol, couldn't be happier. Skaiste and Paul were really lovely and helpful and made the process easy and enjoyable. They had a kind and helpful approach which meant that I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions without being given time to think about it. We bought an electric Mokka from this dealership last November, and we had to report software related issues on day 4. Around 1,5-2 weeks and several angry calls later a service person came and pick the car and left us here with a courtesy car.
Weeks passed by and Christmas was around the corner. We learned that the only person who could have dealt with our car has left for annual leave and would be back beginning of Jan. So nothing really happened to the car in that period. The only thing I could get was to extend the initial 30-days warrant till end of Jan.
So the technician returned from holiday and they just kept trying. We’ve been asked from the beginning to get in contact with Vauxhall, either for advice or replace the sensor, but they just kept trying.
We got to the point mid of Jan that I told them that in case there is no real news till mid of the week, we will turn up at the dealership with the courtesy car and will ask for the money back. This is what finally happened, as nothing major happened in terms of fixing the car.
Besides all the trying from their end our experience with the dealership is absolutely negative, they are not informing the customer, just if you nudge them and then what you receive is useless mainly. They were not really bothered about the inconveniences they caused, we were not offered or received any sort of compensation. Again no information flow within the company or towards the customers.
We do not recommend them for anyone, we will avoid them in the future.

I had a fantastic experience at EMG Huntingdon with Kirsty and James when recently purchasing my VW T-Roc. Very straight forward, transparent, and friendly process. There was absolutely no pressure at all to purchase the car, the showroom was very clean and all the staff were genuine and friendly. I had already visited many other garages before coming here and in comparison, their customer service and overall experience really was second to none. I couldn’t recommend EMG Huntingdon any more, thank you so much Kirsty and James!

Ashley was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my problems at the time of exchanging my car. He sorted everything out for me with another car and told me not worry about anything. I am so grateful to have met him and all the kind service had had given to me. Today the 13 December I came to pick up my new car and a lovely lady called Skaiste did all the paperwork handover and was very friendly, helpful and explained everything to me. Do pleased I met these two lovely people and look forward to dealing with them in the future.
