I visited the shop on 28th June Friday afternoon 10min before closing. I was not aware that the shop closes at 3pm.

I picked up a top, wanted to pay and leave the shop quickly so I don’t hold up the staff from going home. The lady behind the counter said that I can’t pay by card because she already done the banking for that day and asked if I have cash. I had no cash but if she already has done the banking and didn’t wanted to accept any payment, it wouldn’t have made any difference. She definitely wasn’t kind.
I left with unpleasant experience.

I checked the opening times online for next day and decided to go back to the shop for the top.
The opening time was 9:30am on Saturday so I went there. The shop was closed.

I had disappointing experience again.

Friendly staff. not much to see in this shop unfortunately. The pricing is off really off. I did tell the manager but she told me online it’s £100 which is not true the handle were missing and she said you can buy on Amazon ?. Just the same as all the other charity shops first thing they find on google is the price. This scooter is £5 maximum everywhere. Good luck though
