Ernie's Zero Waste Shop is now relocated in Anglia Sqare which was the old Shoe Zone , a lot bigger premises for them and more stock which will mean lower prices for use absolutely love this place .
Just weigh and pay any weights of the jars or bottles will taken off at the till the assistant's are very helpful and cheerful always very helpful i highly recommend this shop .

Ernies sell a wide variety of unpackaged food, cleaning refills as well as range of personal care items. They offer click and collect, local deliveries using cargo bike as well as UK wide deliveries.

Prices and products here are spot on and deliveries too. Not a plastic bag in sight when my delivery arrived awesomeness 😎

Amazing to be able to shop and create less waste without breaking the bank. So grateful that we have Ernie's close by and we can get all of our pasta, spices, oil, rice, soap, sponges etc here. A lot of things work out cheaper than supermarket prices - spices especially.

The frozen section is also a revelation (we recommend the croissants).

Ernie's has got the be one of my top favourite shops in Norwich. It is everything you'd ever want a zero waste store and I love Graham and co.'s ethos of making sustainable living as economic as possible. The new shop in Anglia Square is lovely and spacious making it really easy to browse all the variety of products on offer. If you haven't visited already, I highly recommend it!

I have just done my first online shop with Ethical Ernie and am so pleased. I only live 45 mins away but went for delivery as I don't go to Norwich often so would have been a special trip (thus defeating the object!). All those essentials that normally come wrapped in non recyclable packaging delivered in paper bags. Easy, value for money and a great range. Can't believe I didn't make the switch sooner. I just love them. And it's a family run business so you're contributing to the local economy. What is not to adore about this!!!

I have visited the shop a few times and also had a delivery. Their range of products are amazing, and the prices are so competitive. I can’t get my body wash cheaper anywhere else. If I lived closer I’d come much more often. Every town and village needs a shop like this. Highly recommend.
