Constantly having to sort out issues where they have arranged delivery to the invoice address instead of the delivery address. Often of equipment and goods that are urgently needed at the delivery address. They also send invoices without complete information, making more work at this end.

Friendly w/h staff but 'health and safety policy' not allowed to remain in cab while being unloaded. What a complete load of rubbish these people who make these rules up. Listen to the drivers, it's safer for us to wait in cabs where we can rest rather than standing about waiting.
