The man who works on the shop counter couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable, & humorous too. However, later another member of staff was much less helpful & you have to queue to buy a book of stamps: daft! Quite a small P.O. but decent range of stationery etc. Still has a photocopier which is handy.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Lady working behind the counter was more interested in texting than helping customers. Syed who served me was extremely unprofessional, he wasn't bothered to look for my parcel, but instead told me it wasn't at their Post Office and I needed to call the company. After reading out my email to him, and asking him to look for my parcel again, he found it. He also said they had bad reviews online as customers in the area were all rude, and instead of apologising, he walked away as I was talking to him. I would recommend taking your business to another Post Office.

I have been going to this post office for 20 years without any problems but the last two times I have been, there have been two rather rude women who continue to talk to one another whilst serving people and are very unhelpful and not interested if you have a question. Very bad customer service.

The customer service is appalling as already mentioned, intentionally pushing you to send your post as special delivery (even though you're only trying to send it to another London postcode) so you get overcharged. Avoid at all cost

Appalling customer service. The two women that work there are truly dishonest and deceitful. I have now learned to always query the charges after being overcharged on several occasions. (by the way, one of the reviewers works there!).

Very rude service.
Owners and workers are not COVID conscious at all. They never wear masks, or gloves or anything.
Tight spaces, overcrowded shelves, and no control on number of people entering. Would not visit!

Since this post office was taken over it's become a quite an unpleasant place to use. They look at you like you are scum when you go it. All I want to do is buy a stamp.

I go here to buy beers sometimes staff have always been friendly to me. Not a shop to go to for household items, more of an off-licence than a shop.
