The guy who working today in Christmas day shouldn't be here at all. Customer service is appealing, so rude, prioritised to answer his phone instead to complete serving me. Receipt wasn't issued. Definetly not going back to this shop. Prefer other shops who value they customers. If I be able will give only 0 star.

very high quality products at excellent prices, I visited this store 3 times and unfortunately I met the same rude and insensitive person at the cash register. I greeted politely at the entrance and exit, but she could not even make this effort (she was very busy to swear in her language the Romanian people ). I would definitely not go back to a place where you don't feel welcome

I'm only giving two stars due to the fact that the shop it's well supplied with decent prices, but in terms of costumer services they are absolutely appaling, total lack of professionalism!! Hopefully the management will do something regarding this issue!

Has everything you’d expect and ask for including every variety of milka chocolate. That’s a big thing as you can’t find it anywhere other than here which puts this shop higher on the list than others.
