Bought a cake on 30th of December I was in a rush so only saw when I got bcck home that the cake was expired.. And the price on the cake was 4pounds but they decided to charge as a full price. It's a lesson for us to check carefully what we buy from this shop and specially the expire day and keep a receipt incase we need to get a refund..

A very good store with all things Eastern European, my only real criticism is that the greater majority of the goods, labels, etc. are in a language I do not speak or understand, and the majority of the staff struggle with English, but they always try to be helpful. I keep shopping there from time to time.

Female behind meat counter was rude and aggressive. If don't want to work and serve customers go home. Came here to buy lots of smoked meat and left with only Baklava as she says she recommends nothing. Remainder of the shop is well stocked even though a bit random. Some items quite expensive. Items on offer okay priced. Overall would not be returning and instead continue to go to the the Euro Poli supermarket on Lincoln Road instead. Far better priced. Better customer service.
