One very chatty/helpful member of staff, at the Hot Deli(catessen) counter...about 10/15min after the due closing time. She was so refreshing that I have returned 3 or 4 times since but she has escaped my gaze.

Expensive and the organic range sits for weeks and weeks on rotation. Nice candle range although double prices as of January remind me of the government gouging the consumer for fuel to cover their greed. Products are generally 50 cent to 2 euro more than anywhere else, so the "saver experience" isn't to be found here. Some of the more seasoned staff are extremely welcoming and make the trip worth it. Do joy lose them!

Staff ignore you too busy gossiping find someplace.
I was there yesterday at the deli counter the young lady saw me and continued to flute around moving trays back & forth

Never enough staff to deal with the queues and the one or two that are there obviously don't want to be.

This is not based on one visit but several frustrating ones.
