Absolutely first class service. I was blown away by the knowledge and communication! This is THE place to come to with any vaping questions and requirements. Two lovely friendly shop managers who I look forward to meeting again.

Iv been shopping at Evapo high Wycombe for few years now all the staff are very helpful but on this occasion I met Sam he was very knowledgeable he even explained to me why my coils was burning so fast it was because of the liquid Iv been using and the temperature I vape at isn’t a good match after speaking with him for few minutes I learn so much more about my vape mod and juices , thank you Sam

A man at Evapo was very helpful in recommending me and selling me a vape kit today, he took the time to explain how to use it in detail, he set it up for me and recommended me flavours of the liquid when I couldn’t decide, he asked me questions about how I usually vape like checking how much mgs I usually take to make sure I was getting what was right for me. I’ve been using the vape for a few hours and it’s perfect for me and I’m glad I trusted his judgement. He also encouraged me to come and ask staff in the shop any questions if I was having issues. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, I was in the shop around 11am, but he is always so so friendly and helpful whenever I visit 🙂

Amazingly helpful staff who all have brilliant product knowledge, and can recommend exactly what will suit customers best. Also, not looking to push expensive sales onto customers, they are realistic and will make suitable recommendations based on customer need and budget. Recommend taking out a loyalty card also, as further discounts are available for regular customers!

I feel compelled to leave a positive review for the chap called Andy in store. He is the epitome of customer service. Every time I go in, without fail I am greeted with a smile and a 'How are you'.

No question is ever too much and he will always go over and beyond to help me. He is a shining example of what you hope to get when going into any retail business and he is an absolute credit to Evapo. Any business would be lucky to have him.

With his top tier attitude and work ethic, he exudes such a positive aura that makes you instantly feel at ease.

Fantastic service, the guy behind the counter really knows his stuff. I went in to get some Heets for my new IQOS and got some good information on what flavours to pick. The have a good array of items to select from. Also I have been to a few other vape places in High Whycombe, but this place comes on top in terms of price, customer service and range.
