Had a bad experience at exotic superstore today. They had Ashoka pickle advertised as "Any 2 for £3". So I picked up 3 different Ashoka pickles all the same price £1.99. Got to the till and said to the lady it's 2 for the price of £3. She made up some rubbish about it having to be the exact same pickle e.g. lime. The clue is where is says Any 2 for £3. What does Any mean. Maybe you should train your staff and stop ripping your customers off and using false advertising. I won't waste my time or money here again.

I recently purchased a watermelon from your store. While it appeared fresh from the outside, the interior was significantly below standard. The flesh was soft, dull, and mushy, lacking the crispness typical of a fresh watermelon. The texture strongly suggested that the fruit was very old, possibly kept in cold storage for an extended period, and potentially from last season. This purchase was a complete waste of money, and I am extremely disappointed. I will not be purchasing concealed fruits and vegetables from your store again.

These rotten watermelons pose a significant risk for food poisoning and health hazards. Today, I passed by your shop again and noticed you are still selling the same pile of rotten watermelons. It appears you are not removing them from sale and are prioritising profit over public health.

All Indian groceries available. Veggies are a bit more expensive. Rice and some other items are comparatively cheaper. Good collection of frozen items. Lack of parking is a big drawback.

Exotic is my regular local go to grocery selling best of produce and big variety of Asian Indian vegetables n fruits.The biggest range of asain food and savoury n frozen variety.Its a good store where you can find all Indian and Pakistan food and spices range.

Defective products on shelf (see photos attached). Could not trust quality of products. There is no regular quality checking or removing expired or stale (with fungus) products from shelves. Same about fruits as well. When taking the product to return and replacement they deny to accept and also they didn't take it serious.
